Storage of microgreens
- Refrigerate : Seal the container or bag tightly and store it in the refrigerator. Microgreens are delicate, so avoid placing heavy objects on top of them that can crush or wilt them.
- Optimal temperature: Microgreens prefer cool temperatures. Store them in the refrigerator at a temperature around 35 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit (2 to 4 degrees Celsius). Avoid placing them near the back of the fridge, where the temperature can be too cold and lead to freezing.
